We will review your registration to confirm your membership status and, if your fees are current, we will confirm your registration. You will then receive an email with the link to join the webinar at the scheduled broadcast time. Reminder emails will be sent out one day and one hour before the broadcast, so if you lose the initial confirmation email, do not panic. You will also be able to cancel your registration at any time prior to the broadcast through a link in the confirmation emails.
On the date of broadcast, please log on about 10 minutes early to make sure that you have a connection. We will not be available to take calls to assist with connectivity problems on the day of the broadcast. You are welcome to have others in your office view the webinar with you. It is not necessary for them to register if you are sharing a screen.
At the end of the webinar, a short evaluation will appear on your screen. Please let us know about your experience and whether you have any recommendations for improvements or if you have a topic to suggest for a future webinar.
