The hotel is completely sold out. You may keep checking as guests cancel a reservation, but we cannot add any more rooms into our block.

Cancellations

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Email us if you wish to cancel.
• Request by August 31, 2024 - 100% of registration fees
• Request from September 1-30, 2024 -- 50% of registration fees
• Request after September 30 -- No refund

Mass Information

Mass Times

Mass will be at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the Whyte Room. The Whyte Room is on the lower level of the hotel and is not accessible via public elevator. Please see one of the CLSA staff onsite if you need assistance accessing the lower level.

Mass on Wednesday is at 5 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, two blocks from the hotel.

Volunteers Needed

Lectors, Eucharistic ministers, and deacons are needed at all Masses. Laity are encouraged to volunteers as lectors; clerics are encouraged to volunteer as Eucharistic ministers. Please contact Rev. Joseph Arsenault, SSA if you can help.

Letters of Suitability

All priests and deacons who intend public ministry, including concelebration, at the 2024 CLSA Convention must submit a letter of suitability to Very Rev. Glennon Jones, Vicar General, Archdiocese of Santa Fe, 4000 St. Joseph’s Pl., NW, Albuquerque, NM  87120.
